1 tbs in your tea bag
Pour boiling water over tea bag
Steep 3-7 minutes
Remember you can steep your tea bag 2-3 times

Black tea, cinnamon, calendula, marigold, sunflower petals.
4 ounces
1 tbs of loose leaf tea.
Put into a diffuser or teabag.
Add to an 8 ounce cup.
Pour fresh boiling water over tea.
Steep 3-7 minutes.
Relax & Enjoy.
